Please be aware that 4-somes and 2-somes will have preference when selection is made for all tournaments. This is due to the problem with managing cart cost for each tournament. We will try to fill any 3-somes with singles if possible. Thanks for your understanding.

NOTICE:  Change in tournament registration procedure:

1. Tournaments will no longer be filled on a "first come, first served" basis. It will not be a race to get your registration in.

2.  Each tournament will have a registration deadline, at least 15 days prior to the tournament date.

3.  All registrations will be held until the registration deadline, then processed, at random, until the tournament is filled. If your entry is not drawn, you will be placed on the waiting list.

4.  Incomplete registrations, illegible registrations or registrations without full payment will not be processed. Contact information must be included. Separate checks from each player would be appreciated. This should cut down on the number of refund checks issued because a member has to withdraw from a tournament due to illness or injury.

Example:

If the SEMO Seniors Tournament is June 15. The registration deadline will be June 1. Registrations will not be processed until June 1. Registrations after June 1 will not be accepted, unless the tournament does not fill.

There will be no need to send your registrations in months early, although they will be accepted. No one will be penalized because of poor postal Service.  Entry drawing is completely random. Payment must be included for every name on the registration to be considered complete.
